Toyota Fortuner is the ever popular in India. The look of the car inside isn't rich enough for the price we give. The Fortuner has beak like nose, glim headlights and clink glasses do give it a unique visual identity. The Fortuner comes back strong with its complete middle row. The middle row is firm and also supportive, it also have option to slide the seat back and forth to give freedom to the third row of passengers and also you recline the seats to your comfort. You sit at the nice position and there is no shortage of space either. Relatively speaking, the Fortuner has the best third row. Though the place is not for large adults, but it is still there is most usable of the third row. The option to recline the backrest is tolerable with the seating position. The single touch tumble mechanism of the middle row seats offers access to the third row seats in Fortuner.
It has got the refinement, which feels Toyota Engine has reached their last gen. The performance is rather good, in fact it feels the Toyota Fortuner is the quickest. Initial responses are good. The Fortuner have peddle shifters that do their bit to add to the driving experience. The vehicle makes you feel so comfort that one doesn't even recognize the broken roads. When you build the pace the stiffness of the car comes to handy as it makes the car feel nice and compose. The steering becomes nice and direct when you go faster and gives good sense of connection with the car. One can actually have some fun in the Fortuner.
Toyota Fortuner comes with hill descent control, 4-wheel drive and low range. The best SUV car glides its way out of trouble with relative ease in mountains.

Yes definitely it is a very good car to buy.

The Toyota Fortuner petrol engine is a 2.7-litre motor that munches 166bhp at 5200rpm and 245Nm of torque at 4000rpm, and is offered with either a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic. As it is petrol engine the refinement is much higher than the diesel alternate and there is not much of vibration to be felt inside the cabin. Well, the drawback of this motor because of which it got a rare demand is the higher petrol price and a lower fuel efficiency compared to diesel Fortuner. However, there is no all-wheel drive equipped variant on offer.

The other is the 2.8L D-4D diesel engine, which is primarily a Fortuner-focused engine that has also been used for the Innova with some tweeks in performance. As a result, it is in a more vigorous state of tune here, generating a solid 450Nm of torque when coupled with the six-speed automatic.

The reliability of these engines is way beyond what other rivals can reach. Given timely maintenance and a good quality of fuel this motor can run miles after miles and this is what Toyota is actually known for. Even though its price tag is bit on a higher side the general maintenance costs can even give competition to an entry level sedan.
